A determining factor in my early years was the training Plastic Arts in the Municipal Academy of Fine Arts in Roeselare. During ten years, I was introduced to a various techniques such as acrylic painting, etching, printing, ceramics, sketches, observation drawing, ink... Today, I make drawings of musicians at work now and then and I sketch the buildings instead of shooting them when I travel.

Beside it, I learn myself now for five years playing the accordion. I can’t read notes, everything is done on hearing. I play a black Weltmeister button accordion with Italian basses. With Mathilde Vercruysse on the violin and on the accordion I form the folk band Gironef. Below, you can download some tracks.
